Beta Testing
Yea, another blogging site.
Sure, there is blogger, blogspot, typepad, and wordpress as well as countless other sites out there offering free blog space. So why do we need another one?
Well, maybe we don’t… but this started out as an idea to provide a central location for the posting of information about Weight Loss Surgery (WLS) related Meet & Greet type events… and sort of evolved in to the inclusion of a place for WLS related blogs.
Now, this doesn’t mean that to have a blog here you have to blog about nothing but WLS related stuff… it does mean that this is a place where common background can connect. It doesn’t matter if you are pre-op, post-op, or maybe a support person for someone who’s had WLS, this is a place for you.
Additionally, some things are in the works to allow blogs to be set up that can be used to promote and update various Meet & Greets as well as other WLS related events.
Right now Our WLS is in a semi-closed beta. What this means is … we’re still figuring this thing out. There’s lots of things in the works, things may change around here daily. But if you want to be a part of this testing phase just set up a user account and then use the form below to submit your request.

Hey there – not quite sure what I’m doing, so I apologize in advance of any oops-es I do:)
I notice a while ago, but didn’t mention it think the site is new and such – but my blog still isn’t listed in the “Other Our WLS Blog” box… is there a reason??
It’s supposed to show those with the most recent postings… I’ll see if I can figure out what’s up.
